Energy efficient windows can greatly reduce consumption in the home – by up to 30 percent or more. We carry Energy Star rated vinyl products by Newtown Slocomb, a leading Pennsylvania manufacturer; as well as Woodright products by Andersen.

Newtown uses Triple-X heat shield glass in their energy efficient windows, which is a high performance triple-coat Low E product. It improves insulating by up to 50 percent over standard clear window glass, reducing heating costs. It keeps you cool when it is hot, by blocking solar heat; and keeps you warm when it is cold. Andersen also utilizes high performance Low E glass, which has the added benefit of repelling water spots and dirt. Clean glass is more efficient than dirty glass.
